My story

My name is Laura Covaci and I am a Certified Professional Organizer. Out of my passion for organization, I developed the Tidyful project.

I graduated from the Faculty of Psychology, and from my first jobs,

I consistently worked with people, trying to understand their needs and respond promptly, professionally, and patiently.

I consider myself a sincere, empathetic person with a strong sense of responsibility. At the age of 14, I felt it was time to earn my own pocket money, so I asked my parents for permission to work part-time. I saw this as the fairest way to show my gratitude and do something constructive for my future. Thus, at the age of 18, I already had experience in several fields and a set of skills that helped me in all my professional successes in the corporate environment where I have been working for almost 10 years now. My current role as a recruitment manager offers me the opportunity to coordinate dozens of personal selection processes for local or international projects, an experience that constantly teaches me about diversity, teamwork, leadership, and the complexity of human beings.

The ability to organize has been my trusted ally on a personal and professional level. I have always sought to simplify the processes I follow, find a logic in everything I do, and carry out activities in the most orderly, planned, and efficient way possible so that time and energy resources are used where they really matter, such as the quality of human interactions.

How TIDYFUL was born

When I became a mother, I started exploring the most effective ways to make my life simpler and more beautiful through organizing my home. As I prepared the space for the new family member, I began to notice how my small actions generated positive effects on my lifestyle. I remember that at that time, I managed to donate 7 bags of various items to the freecycle communities. Have I ever missed any of those items? Not at all! However, I gained a well-ventilated home and the gratitude of the wonderful people I met, who could truly enjoy the things they received.

My desire to deepen this field coincided with the beginning of the pandemic, a context that prompted many of us to spend more time at home and pay greater attention to the condition of the living space. I've heard things like this quite often: "How simple it seems now, I would never have thought of this solution" or "Your suggestion has changed my life". That's when I realized that this innate ability deserves to be shared with those who need it most.

Therefore, in 2021, I became a member of the IAPO (International Association of Professional Organizers), successfully obtaining the certification as a home organizing consultant. I invite you to read on and discover what resulted from my passion, creativity, and the desire to help.
